July 28, 2012, I met
up with Michael Maloco, Werner Holdereid, Ron Alldredge, Ron
Lee and Darren Moore for some fun Saturday afternoon flying.
Michael Maloco and Ron Alldredge flew their T-34 Mentors. Ron Lee
flew his Nanchang CJ-6A and Darren Moore flew his P-51 Mustang
"Miss Kandy". We took off from Camarillo Airport for a flight
to San Luis Obispo. Because of the speed difference of the
Mustang to the rest of the aircraft, Darren gave us a few
passes in the Mustang to allow me to get some photos. It was a
fun few hours of safe flying by all.
