This is the North American B-25 Mitchell. Made famous
by the Doolittle Tokyo Raid, the Mitchell is the only aircraft
made before or since that was named for an individual. William
"Billy" Mitchell was a very vocal advocate for air power. He
was also an innovator of air tactics. This one is "Photo
Fanny" operated by the Plane of Fame Museum.
