The USAF heritage
flight foundation was formed in 1997 to commemorate the 50th
anniversary of the USAF. The tradition continues every year
with current fighter and/or attack aircraft flying together
with aircraft from previous generations. It is a nice display
or American airpower and a way to commemorate those who serve
and who have served. The Heritage flight was flown this year
with an F-22 Raptor, P-51 Mustang, P-38 Lightning and an F-86
Saber.
