Grumman C-2 Greyhound
The
Grumman C-2 Greyhound is basically a modified E-2 Hawkeye, built for
Carrier On-board Delivery (COD) of goods and supplies. It was designed
to replace the C-1 Trader. The engines and wings of the C-2 are the
same as the E-2 Hawkeye, but the fuselage is wider and it features a
rear loading ramp. This C-2 is part of Squadron VX-30, based at Point
Mugu NAS.
