The
Corsair and the Zero flew a tail chase and formation on Sunday during
the show. It was quite a sight to see these former adverary aircraft
flying together in a friendly setting. The Zero is an A6M3 that is
based at Camarillo with the SoCal Wing of the Commemorative Air Force
(CAF). The Corsair is an F4U-1, the oldest Corsair flying. The Corsair
is part of the Planes of Fame collection based at Chino.
