The
Cirrus VK-30 is a home-built kit designed by three college students who
wanted to build their own airplane. The design uses a laminar flow wing
design with a push propeller to avoid the large windshield from getting
blasted with prop wash. The VK-30 has a larger cabin than other
homebuilt aircraft and can comfortably seat five. This VK-30 also
appeared in the flight scene in the movie "One Six Right".
