The Horsemen

The Horsemen started out as a two-ship demonstration team, flying aerobatics while in formation. Now, there are three ships in the formation, flown by Jim Beasley, Ed Shipley and Dan Friedkin. They don't always fly the same routines, nor the same aircraft. This year at the show, they flew a P-38 Lightning with two P-51 Mustangs. After the performance, the P-38 pulled up and out of the formation to land while the two P-51s performed a few more manuevers close together.
