C-17 Globemaster III

The C-17 Globemaster has fulfilled its role as a cargo transport plane exceptionally well. Over 1 million operational hours have been toiled by the C-17 supporting military operations and humanitarian missions. This year at Edwards, we were treated to a demonstration of the short take off and landing capability as well as the incredible manueverability of this aircraft. This one is based at March ARB in California with the 452nd Air Mobility Wing.
