Although best known for
their World War II service, the Mustang was flown up into the early
days of the US involvement in Vietnam. This one was built in 1945 and
served time in the Indonesian Air Force. Today, it is owned by Bill
Anders, a retired general. He also flew this aircraft in the Air Force
Heritage flight.
