The Beech T-34 Mentor
(N341MR) was based on the popular Beech model 35 Bonanza. It was first
built in 1948, but was not accepted into miltary service until 1953. It
has excellent and forgiving flight characteristics. Some foreign
purchasers have equipped the Mentor to provide forward air control and
tactical strike capabilities. Popular among warbird pilots and fans,
there are about 120 of the original 1,300 built still airworthy.

trainers and make it look easy to fly in formation.
