Aeronca Champion

The Aeronca Champ was built to compete with the Piper Cub. With just over 8,100 Champs made, the Aeronca 7 series was the only real competition against the Cub.

1946 Aeronca 7DC Champion (N7788C). This model has an 85 horsepower Continental engine in it.

1946 Aeronca 7AC Champion (N82072). Taken at the first Sunday event at the Santa Paula Airport in October of 2005.
