American Champion/Citabria

American Champion, Bellanca and Citabria have all built airplanes along a similar line as they all have the same roots; the Aeronca 7 series Champion. All three names were used by Champion Aircraft and the history of the companies is a bit confusing. You can see what the company offers today at the American Champion Aircraft website

Citabria 7GCAA Adventure (N161SE) at the Camarillo Air Show, 2005.

2005 Citabria 7GCBC Explorer (N78SE) at the Camarillo Air Show, 2005.

2005 Citabria 7KCAB Super Decathlon (N35BY) at the Camarillo Air Show, 2005.
