Display team aircraft
The US Navy Blue
Angels and the USAF Thunderbirds are display teams that
perform at airshows. They have each flown a number of
different aircraft over the years. Some of them are at the
museum.
The USAF flew the McDonnell-Douglas F-4E
Phantom II aircraft from 1969-1973. Prior to the F-4, they
flew F-100D Super Sabres.

Before the F-100D Super Sabres, the Thunderbirds flew the Republic
F-84F Thunderstreak.
