EAA AirVenture 2014- Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Stinson AT-19 Reliant I

This Stinson AT-19 was built in 1944 to British specifications for a Reliant I. Dr. Jim Tait bought the aircraft and restored it to it's original configuration. It came in a crate from India and had had very little done to it since delivery. The airplane today flies with the original engine and propeller and has less that 300 hours of total flight time on the airframe! Tom Bullion owns the airplane and flew it to Oshkosh from Memphis. It was a very nice surprise to see this down in the warbird area.
