The Cavalon Autogyro
was introduced at the Aero show in Friedrichshafen, Germany in
2011, by AutoGyro GmbH or Hildesheim. The fuselage is made of
composite material keeping it light (992 lbs). It is powered
by a Rotax engine and the design includes vibration dampers
for passenger and pilot comfort. It has a cruising speed of
about 90 MPH.
There are only four Cavlons registered in the United States.
