The Grumman Tiger was
a further development of the American Aviation AA-1 Yankee
Clipper. Grumman American bought American Aviation and started
production on the AA-5 Traveler in 1971. American General
Aircraft Corporation was formed in the late 1980s and improved
the AA Tiger to create the AG-5B Tiger, like the one in these
photos. This one was manufactured in 1991.
