F-18 Hornet

One of the great things about airshows is that you get to see a mix of old aircraft and modern aircraft. This US Navy F-18 Hornet is based with VFA-122 "The Flying Eagles" based at NAS Leemore. This Hornet was flown by Lt. Alexander Wright. The started the show with the US Navy Tailhook Legacy flight. Lt. Wright's commander, Captain Mark Hubbard led the flight in the CAF's F6F Hellcat. After the Legacy flight, Lt Wright made some great passes for the crowds.
