The
Cable airport is the largest family owned and operated public-use
airport in the world. Every year, the hangars open to the public, who
is treated to a nice display of a wide variety of aircraft, old and
new. The weather was perfect on this early January day for an airshow.
The lighting at this show is very friendly to photographers with the
sun at our backs for most of the day. The Commemorative Air Force (CAF)
has a chapter there with a nice collection of vintage aircraft as well.
Below are the highlights of the show as I saw it through the lens.
